These Terms & Conditions apply to the The Factoring Desk website and communications provided by Roman Holdings Group LLC, operating as The Factoring Desk ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. Education and referral services
The Factoring Desk explains invoice factoring and may help businesses explore an introduction to a factoring provider. We are not a lender or factoring provider. Website content is general information, not individualized financial, legal, tax or accounting advice.
Eligibility, customer credit review, invoice verification, fees, advances, guarantees, liens, funding timing and approval are determined by the provider and its agreement. No statement on this website guarantees approval, savings or funding.
2. Inquiries and provider introductions
Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a funding application, authorize a credit check or commit you to purchase a service. Provide accurate information you are authorized to share for your business. Do not submit bank details, Social Security numbers, customer records or other sensitive documents through the initial form.
We seek your permission before introducing you to a provider and passing along relevant business details. Provider services are subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policy. We may receive compensation if an introduced business enters a factoring relationship. You should independently review the provider’s complete agreement and seek professional advice where appropriate.
3. Optional SMS inquiry program
Roman Holdings Group LLC, operating as The Factoring Desk, may send text messages when you separately opt in. Messages concern your submitted inquiry, answers to your questions, consultation arrangements and requested updates about next steps.
Consent is optional and is not required to submit an inquiry or purchase any service. Giving us a phone number does not, by itself, authorize SMS. Your consent applies to The Factoring Desk only and is not transferred to a factoring provider.
Message frequency varies with your inquiry and conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Check your wireless plan for applicable charges.
To stop messages, reply STOP to the number that texted you. We may send one confirmation of your opt-out, after which the program will stop sending messages. To join again, provide a new opt-in through our form. For help, reply HELP or email [email protected].
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery and response times are not guaranteed. SMS is not intended for urgent or sensitive financial communications.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle contact information and SMS consent. We do not share SMS opt-in permission for another business’s marketing.
4. Website use
